About accommodation
Q: Can I use a credit card?
Yes, I can. We accept Visa, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Debit Card.
Q: Can I stay alone?
Yes, we accept reservations for one person.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Please let us know if your check-in time is after 18:00.
Some plans have fixed check-in/check-out times.
Q: By when should I notify you if I want to cancel?
Please let us know as soon as possible.
A cancellation fee will be charged based on the cancellation policy.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel after making a reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
20 days before: 10% 14 days before: 30% 7 days before: 50% 2 days before: 80% Cancellation without notice on the day: 100%
Q: Is early check-in possible?
In our building, unless there are guests staying consecutive nights, we will clean and maintain the building and garden until check-in time.
Since we go every day, we will close it once after the customer checks out.
If you arrive before 15:00, you can wait in the lobby/lounge,
Please understand that we may not be able to respond adequately.
Q: Is it possible to leave my luggage if I arrive early?
If you arrive early, we will keep your luggage at the front desk.
In addition, guests using a car can park their car in our parking lot before check-in and go sightseeing.
In that case, please be sure to ask the front desk.
Q: Is it possible to pay the accommodation fee on behalf of the guest?
Payment can be made by bank transfer. Please let us know when you make a reservation.
We will inform you of the total amount of your stay and our bank account.
Q: Do you have accommodation tickets for gifts? ?

About meals
Q: What time is dinner and breakfast?
You can choose dinner from 17:30 or 19:30.
You can choose breakfast from 7:30, 8:00, 9:00, or 9:30.
We will ask for your dinner time preference before your arrival, and your breakfast time preference during dinner.
Q: Do you handle food allergies?
We will do our best to accommodate guests with food allergies by changing ingredients whenever possible so that they can enjoy their meals to the fullest.
However, ingredients containing allergens may be used in the same kitchen, so there is a possibility that minute amounts may get mixed in during the cooking process.
If allergens must be completely removed, please contact us directly so that we can discuss whether this is possible.
Q: Do you prepare meals for children?
If you let us know in advance, we will prepare it for you.
Q: I may arrive late, can I still have dinner?
If you are arriving late, please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Dinner may not be served for arrivals after 20:00.
Q: Where can I eat my meals?
Please enjoy your meal at the restaurant.
Q: Can I ask for something to celebrate?
Festive desserts, bouquets and special dishes can be reserved in advance. Please see the cooking page for details.
About facilities and equipment
Q: What kind of room facilities and amenities are available?
Minibar, air humidifier and purifier, safety box, hair dryer, soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush set, shaver, shower cap, comb, towel, bath towel, yukata, slippers, etc.

Q: Do you have non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking. If you smoke, please use the designated smoking area.
Q: Can I use the internet?
Authentication type wireless LAN access points are available in all rooms.
For the authentication password, please refer to the accommodation information provided at check-in.
Q: What is the status of barrier-free support?
A wheelchair-accessible toilet is available in front of the front desk.

About hot springs and saunas
Q: Do you have an open-air bath?
There is a spacious open-air bath overlooking the mountains and mountain stream of Izu.
Please enjoy yourself in the hot spring flowing directly from the source.

Q: Are the hot springs available 24 hours a day?
Please refrain from using the public bath from 0:00 to 5:00 to prevent accidents.
In addition, it may not be available from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. due to cleaning.
Q: Do you have private baths?
There is an open-air bath that can be reserved for private use (50 minutes). Please make a reservation after check-in.
Q: What are the opening hours for the hot springs and sauna?
All public baths are open from 15:00 to 24:00 and from 5:00 to 11:00.
In addition, the public bath and sauna (Tsuki-no-Yu and Tengu-no-Yu) are switched between men and women depending on the time.
About parking lot and pick-up
Q: Do you have a parking lot?
There is a free parking lot.
Q: Do you have a pick-up service?
We will pick you up at Shuzenji Station.
If you would like us to pick you up, please let us know your arrival time at Shuzenji Station by the day before.
